Konkan coast of Goa is 105kms long, scattered with numerous beaches. Goa is divided into north & south region. Beaches lying in South region are Colva, Benaulim, Cavelossim, Varca, Velsao, Majorda, Betalbatim, Mobor and Betul. Churches in Goa
One of the famous churches of Goa is St. Francis of Assisi, built in 1660-1760 AD. Other famous attractions among churches are St. Cajetan Church, St. Paul Church, St. Anne Church, Se Cathedral, etc. One of the oldest surviving churches in old Goa is The Church of Our Lady of Rosary on Monte Santo, built in 1510-1550.
Forts in Goa
Aguada Fort is one of the largest Portuguese forts, built in 1609-12. You can’t complete your trip without visiting forts. Other main forts in Goa are Cabo da Rama associated with Lord Rama during his exile from Ayodhya, Terekhol Fort on the Terekhol River, Chapora Fort near Mapusa and many more.

You can see paintings, clay models, manuscripts, wooden & anthropological objects, etc.
